 Product Eligibility

  • Min Age - 14.
  • Natural Person
  • Other Additional Information: If you're already a CommBank customer, you'll need your NetBank Client Number. If you're not already a CommBank customer, your Australian driver's licence, Medicare card, passport or Australian birth certificate to identify yourself.
  • Other Additional Information: For customers wanting to apply online, they will require an Australian residential address.
  • Other Additional Information: You'll need to link an eligible CommBank transaction account to your NetBank Saver. Eligible accounts can be a Smart Access, Complete Access, Everyday Offset, Pensioner Security, or Streamline Basic with CommBank in the same name as the NetBank Saver account. If you're new to CommBank or don't have an existing eligible transaction account to link to your NetBank Saver, then we'll automatically open a Smart Access account for you when you open a NetBank Saver. Fees may apply to these accounts.

 Bank Fees and Charges

  • Paper Statement Fee (Event), Amount: 2.50. Additional Information: A fee charged when you ask us to give you a paper copy of transaction listings, past statements or ordered statements.
  • Paper Statement Fee (Periodic), Amount: 2.50. Additional Information: A fee charged for all issued paper statements on accounts designed exclusively for electronic use.
